TO TEST YOUR HORSE WITH ANIMAL GENETICS UK
Sample submission instructions:
1. Download and print submission form by clicking here. If this one doesn't open, try the alternative at the bottom this page.
2. Complete form to the best of your knowledge, using one printed form for each horse.
3. Take 30-40 mane or tail hairs pulled from the horse(s) you wish to test, with roots attached in a plastic zip-lock bag. Only one sample per horse is required to run multiple tests.
4. Include cheque, money order or debit/credit card information for the appropriate amount.
5. Package the above items in an envelope, and post to the PO BOX address on the order form.
Testing will be completed within 5-7 working days. We will contact you upon completion of testing to outline the results, and written confirmation will follow in the post.

Payment:
- Colour tests are £20.00 each. Inherited genetic disorder testing is £20.00 - £35.00 per test. Relationship testing is £30 per horse sampled.
- Visa, MasterCard, Cheque or Money Order is accepted.
- Make Cheques payable to Animal Genetics
- Results will not be made available until payment is received in full.
Results:
- Results are confidential and will only be provided to the person listed on the form.
- Results are usually available within 7 business days upon sample receipt.
- Results will be emailed, called or faxed as soon as they come available.
